The geographical scope of the insurance covers activities in Europe.

We charge our costs under the rules of the “Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG) (Federal Regulation on Lawyers’ Fees) or under the terms of individually contracted fee arrangements.
For consumers the costs for the first consultancy are € 190,00 plus tax and expenses in accordance to § 34 RVG (Federal Regulation on Lawyers’ Fees) unless another fee is agreed by contract.

Competency of Munich Courts (Landgericht München I) is stated for any client dispute if the client is a merchant or a corporate body under public law or does not have a place of general jurisdiction in Germany.
