Judith Kowalski

Attorney Kowalski has been a partner at Busse & Partner since 2001 and is a specialist attorney in employment law. After graduating from a university of applied sciences with a degree in administration and four years as a senior civil servant, Attorney Kowalski completed her law studies in Passau.

Parallel to her studies and while working at the Federal Office of Economics, she was involved in various social projects and was a member of the staff council. She received a scholarship from the Hans Bökler Foundation to study law. After graduating, the lawyer worked as a research assistant in the Bavarian State Parliament, with a focus on women's and family policy.

Since 2000, Ms. Kowalski has been a self-employed attorney, and as a specialist attorney in employment law, successfully represents employers and employees in all employment law matters. By taking on a client without restrictions, Attorney Kowalski can discern the other position and find the optimal and most sensible solution for the client.

She also specialises in tenancy law, traffic law and indemnity law.

In addition to her work as a lawyer, Attorney Kowalski is a lecturer at the vocational school for nursing at the Isar-Amper medical centre (non-profit GmbH), the Taufkirchen (Vils) hospital.

She also gives lectures on the topics of introduction to employment law (for employers and employees), employees between work and family, termination of employment relationships, understanding and designing employer references correctly.

She is a member of the German Bar Association (DAV), Munich Bar Association (MAV) and Business and Professional Women (BPW).
